From 1 to 8 vehicles regularly parked in the cul-de-sac of Old Chapel Rd all belonging to the household of 7300 Old Chapel Rd. Homeowner claims the occupant is aware of no street parking ordinance. Occupant is not the homeowner so HOA is unable to enforce directly on vehicle owner.
