Description

Reported weeks ago. The lamp post outside south dock pier 5 gate is burned out. It’s a danger at night. Complete blackout at the gate. Can’t see the knob to insert key. Ladies cannot see anyone that may be hiding. If someone is attacked, the city would be liable.
