It seems like they need to check ALL of the alleys that they repaved.

They are alleys, not roads with the base prep. They should likely not be paved at all.

The alley had been in bad shape and was repaved this week.
This is where water sat before that destroyed the alley in the 1st place

It's not a storm water issue. After rain today all down the newly paved alley. The supervisor that was paving said they were going to V the alley so that it drained into the one drain.
I don't really care so long as I can get into and out of my drive. But what a waste of money if we don't fix the problem

I understand. After 5 yrs of dealing with the alley I can tell you it was not graded properly.
I'm still grateful the alley was paved at all
