this alleyway always has trash and people dumping stuff. I have a friend who lives down in the area and it always looks bad. is there any way that the alley from Grove Street to the alleyway in the back can be blocked off by the city because people come in often and dump large items and there's often trash in the roadway I don't know that's from people littering or from dump truck and I get everything in the truck. but there's always trash and there's usually large items in the alleyway. it's unpleasant sight to see so often.

I'm not sure if code compliances the correct thing. it's just the I sort of continue happens in this area. I don't know if that way can be blocked so people not driving through and dumping the stuff. I don't know what can be done but often there's a mess here.

maybe this should go to the sanitation department but it's not a special pick-up request it is people dumping trash and large items continuously in this section of the alley. I'm not sure what's the correct heading to report this. thank you for your help. have a great day
