Manhole and manhole cover at beginning of street and near end of street paved over with asphalt when road was recently repaved (no longer any manholes on street); also, placement of asphalt did not go to end of street (street covered due to illegal dumping of trash and leaves from several city trees in right-of-way at end of street. This negligence in covering the manhole near the end of the street, and not removing the debris in the right-of way at the end of the street, is likely to create problems of property damage and basement water intrusion for the house at the end of the street [5400 Red Berry Lane].
