Code Inspector Venters received a complaint for a complaint located at 1318 HOLLOWOOD LN. Inspector Venters arrived at the property and observed A SOCCER GOAL ON THE FRONT LAWN, ONE TRASH RECEPTACLE ON THE RT SIDE , ONE BARBEQUE PIT ON THE RT SIDE , A WHITE BUCKET ON THE PORCH AND SMALL BLACK AND WHITE COOLER ON THE DRIVEWAY, which can be viewed from the street. This is in violation of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Notice of Violation giving the Owner time to correct was not posted at the front door because there is No Trespassing sign in the window. I will follow up with a phone call and a Notice of Violation letter..

Code Inspector Venters received a See Click Fix complaint #16247789 for BASKETBALL GOAL complaint located at 1318 HOLLOWOOD. Upon FOLLOW UP INSPECTION, Inspector Venters arrived at the property and observed that ALL VIOLATIONS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED, THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS that can be viewed from the street, bringing this case within compliance of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken there were no violations, and the case is being closed.
