Description
The house at 1107 8th ST N has a short wooden fence that's standing all crooked and looks broken in a lot of places. There's ugly green cords on wooden (unpainted) stakes sticking up above the fence posts in parts. There are dogs out in the fence for hours at a time (1-3 dogs seen so far) and they bark almost constantly. The dogs often escape the fence and run the neighborhood.
It looks shoddy and lazy. It's clearly bringing down the property values of the neighborhood.
