If violations are found, the property owner will be notified and given ten business days to rectify any violations. After ten business days, DGS will re-inspect the property for compliance. If the property is still in violation, DGS will schedule a cleanup of the property and the owner will be billed. Please note that due to the high volume, these requests may take up to two weeks or more for DGS to clean.

Not sure what official stated this- the trash had NOT been removed, and the issue has NOT been resolved. There are trash bags and tires still on the front lawn which violates city code. Please advise and notify/fine residents as this is a persistent code violation.

@NeighborWatch, thank you for calling this out. It happens all too often with SeeClickFix claims. We walk our dog daily on Joelson Ct. and have seen this garbage on the median and the tire in front of the house mentioned for over a week.

SeeClickFix is notorious for "closing cases" that haven't been touched with a 10 foot pole. Perhaps it's time we bring this to the attention of Mayor Kathy Sheehan. Because Lord knows our high city taxes pay enough for DGS to take care of these issues and/or fine residents accordingly.

The property is currently being rented and is owned by Yesim Baskin. Complaints have been made to him, to the city, code enforcement, animal control, the mayor,but nothing has been done.
