“…aloft and free” Great catch.

While we’re on the topic of U.S. Flag Code, if anyone with familiarity of any municipal buildings see the use of a flag-spreader (makes them look like a kite sorta) that is not “aloft and free” as per US Flag Code. Usually you see them at photo ops and Old Glory is not a vanity prop.

A work task has been assigned for this issue.

The issue is not resolved; it appears the trees need to be trimmed as the flag is still hung up.
