Description
This is a report of general property maintenance neglect of the back (water side) of this home. Just to name a few specifics concerns..
1. The pool in the backyard has been without water for over a year. As we approach mosquito season, there is a concern of an issue of standing water.
2. The boards from the dock are no longer secured and at various times they have floated onto our property or we have had to pull them out of the water to avoid them being a navigation hazard to watercraft. Other neighbors in our canal have advised they have had to do the same.
3. The boat lift has been laying in the water since Hurricane Ian in October 2022 when it collapsed with the boat it was holding.
4. The decking often contains volumes of dog waste.
5. There are holes on the bottom west end of the decking that collects trash that never gets cleaned up. We have a rodent issue and have installed rodent control boxes on our property Between the dog waste and trash collecting, it can't be helping the rodent issues
6. General landscaping upkeep is not occurring at the property
