Description

Unpermitted remodel including: addition of an extra bathroom and associated plumbing (from 2-> 3 bathrooms), new electrical, new HVAC mini split system, decommissioning of oil tank and replacing with HVAC, paving concrete without a drainage plan review, removal of gas fireplace and conversion to electric.
