We have researched your complaint
It was sent to pavement because the 1st portion of your complaint was about the crosswalk markings and according to the department the markings have been completed.
Because The complaint had more than 1 issue it was overlooked because it is a single complaint system. Also 38th Ave N asphalt issues are not addressed by the city because it is a county road.
We have started a review process now for the depression.
If the depression is a result of a failure of a city asset the city will address the issue.
If the depression is not a result of a city asset failure then the issue will be sent to the county for repair. We hope this clarification assists going forward.
In the future it may be beneficial for separate concerns be reported on separate see click fix reports so that they can managed appropriately.
Thank you for your assistance.

We have noted that there is a Stormwater pipe in the area of where the depression is located. We will have the stormwater department review the pipe at location and determine if there is a failure. If no failure in the pipe is noted the city will close their work request out. In the meantime we will also contact the county to review the area also.
Thank you again for your assistance
