I have filed two complaints and still nothing has been done 16092691 and 16132758 All that has happened since this picture is someone's smashed the garbage further down into the recycling bin I was told the they had been collected They have not I am not sure who to escalate this to I tried speaking to the neighbors in question, but they acted foreign and like they could not understand me If I need to file this as a Code Violation, please let me know Also please advise as to when the recycling bins are emptied THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS ONGOING HAZARD a

A. Almost every recycling bin in this alley has been filled with garbage I have tried working with SeeClickFix but after two attempts, nothing has been done Everything is rotten as it has been like this for OVER A MONTH!
