Description

An inspection was conducted at the home for a reported complaint. I Officer D. Gilmore was joined by Director Gant and Code Supervisor Terrell at the home. The following code violations were observed at the time of the inspection.

1. A large tree was cut down and branches laying on ground throughout the property.
2. A trash screening violation. Two cans stored near tree in front yard.
3. Mildew on the exterior walls. Glass windows broken downstairs.
4. Gutters full of vegetation.
5. Trash and garbage on the side, and rear of property.
6. High vegetation across front lawn.
7. Two junk vehicles at the home: Nissan Armada Temp # 91576DG exp: 5/16/22 and a Ford Truck plate # SKJ-6880 with expired inspection sticker 9/23.

A notice of violation form was signed by the female that was at the resident. The home is in need of general cleaning throughout the property. It should also be noted Animal Control Officer Acevedo arrived at the home and removed two dogs that were loose in the neighborhood and were attacking other animals. The notice gave 5 days to correct the violation. A certified letter will be mailed out to the homeowner.
