Thank You. Tree company was at residence and was removing tree branch that broke. City can not force resident to cut or remove any living tree.

Please do not close this case until the leaning branches and dead limbs from THIS property are taken care of

Once tree obtains leaves the city can only issue a violation for the removal of dead branches on the tree. Living branches hanging over are not in violation of city ordinance. Thank You.
