  Code Inspector M. Gonzalez received a See Click Fix complaint #16105516 on 2/26/2024 for a private property complaint located at 3903 Glen Cove Cir. Inspector Gonzalez arrived at the property and observed back fence is missing a few pickets also seen multiple items stored on the right side of the house that can be viewed from the street in violation of Section: 30-33(a)(2) of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Section: 302.7 of the International Property Maintenance Code. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Courtesy Notice of Violation was handed to the property owner.

  A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 04/03/2024 at 3903 Glen Cove Cir. regarding a private property violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed no progress has been made on fixing or repairing the damage fence and multiple items are still stored on right side of the house that can be seen from the public roadway certified letters will be mailed to the property owner.

  A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 04/23/2024 at 3903 Glen Cove Cir. regarding a private property violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed the detached fence has not been repaired therefore this case will be going to court.
