Description
Section 16.40.040.3 of the St. Petersburg’s City Codes states that the front yard hedge’s maximum height is 5 ft. This property of 386 26th Ave SE St Petersburg FL 33705’s front yard hedge is currently at 9 feet.
This overgrown hedge blocks the views when we back out out our cars from our driveway creating an extremely dangerous condition for us as the next door homeowner and for the public safety and health.
Furthermore, the hedge on the backyard (waterfront) is currently at 6’ which exceeds the maximum height of 3’. Their open fence is almost 6 ft height which exceeds the maximum fence height of 4 ft.
