There's a street lamp post light on the corner of Wall Street and Battery Park Avenue Downtown Asheville that has been on for all day and night for YEARS straight. It has probably cost thousands of dollars to tax payers. On this Earth Day 2015, please be kind to the planet and turn it off during the day!
