Description
There is large amount of Graffiti, with Jersey city on a rise with new comer from other cities and state, plus the fact that Jersey city has raised taxes and everything else as water and sewage. It is a eye sour to see Graffiti throughout. 440 South and 1 & 9 coming in from Newark, NJ and across the street. Also Going toward 1 & 9 north also an including the curbside garbage and debris/weeds and garbage by the curb, sewage or and people throwing garbage from their vehicle and or debris that flies on a windy day. I would think being that Jersey City is named by others as the worst city we're aiming to correct that. Graffiti is offensive for property owner pays property taxes as would like to always see our city clean and beautiful as other like the following Bayonne, North Bergen, Secaucus and Guttenburg
