  Code Inspector M. Gonzalez received a See Click Fix complaint #16026382 on 2/12/2024 for a trash screening complaint located at 1951 Ripple Creek Dr. Inspector Gonzalez arrived at the property and observed two trash receptacles stored on the driveway that can be viewed from the street in violation of Section: 9.14(a)(1) of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Courtesy Notice of Violation was posted at the front door.

  A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 3/7/2024 at 1951 Ripple Creek Dr. regarding a trash screening violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed trashcans are still out in public view. A certified letter will be mailed to the property owners.
