Description

This is the second time in a week while at the traffic light westbound on Essex St. that a car heading north on Hawthorne Blvd. ran through the red signal and pedestrian light flashng in the middle of the day. No application of the brakes. Pedestrians were in the roadway. Adjacent to the Hawthorne hotel.
