Previous ticket was not completed # 15773101. We are having a major problem with rain water pooling infront of our driveway which is interfering with our day to day operations. see my ticket info below.

We wish to draw your attention to a critical matter concerning the drainage situation in our vicinity. Currently, three of our driveways are experiencing inadequate drainage, resulting in water pooling on the driveways rather than flowing into the drains.

This drainage issue is significantly disrupting our business operations. Customers who opt to park on the street are encountering pools of water, leading to inconveniences and potential safety hazards. Furthermore, the water splashing onto our parking area is making its way inside the building, causing further complications.
