Description

There is an area of subsidence that is approximately 6'x'8 wide and probably 12" to 18" deep at its deepest point where the culverts that carry Schultz Run under Town Center Blvd. The subsidence is on the south side of the road. If you go down to the bottom where the culverts are you can see that the culvert has separated from the concrete in the left shaft and there's what appears to be a bulge in the right shafter were ground water is leaking in.

A. Closest intersection is Town Center Blvd and Quiet Springs Drive. The problem is where Schultz Run crosses under Town Center Blvd on the south side of the road.
