Massive accumulation of animal feces at Beacon 430 Apartment homes on 4th Ave S. Feces have remained on the premises for weeks on end.
Sec. 4-56: "no dog owner or person having custody or control of a dog shall allow dog excrement to accumulate on their private property in a manner that creates a health hazard or public nuisance (e.g. excrement causes continuous off-site odor offensive to a person of reasonable sensibilities or attracts a large number of flies or other insects or pests)."
