During an inspection conducted on 1/19/2024 I observed the cover of the lamp post is broken and a notice was posted and time was given to correct.

During a follow up inspection conducted on 1/29/2024 I observed the violation still exists and the posted notice is still on the door. A letter will be sent.

Please note that this type of violation can also be addressed by the subdivision's HOA. This case is being closed out in SeeClickFix and being transferred to Ener-Gov.
