Code Inspector M. Gonzalez received a See Click Fix complaint #15856643 on 1/11/2024 for a private property complaint located at 3306 Fountain Hills Dr. Inspector Venters arrived at the property and observed tree limbs that are hanging low over the sidewalk and at the rear of the house, there is a section of a fence that is damaged that can be viewed from the street in violation of Section: 30-33(a)(3) of Missouri City Code of Ordinance and Section: 302.7 of the International Property Maintenance Code. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Courtesy Notice of Violation was posted at the front door.

Issue 15880121 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue.

A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 1/22/2024 at 3306 Fountain Hills Dr. regarding a private property violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed tree limbs that were hanging low over the sidewalk has been trimmed and section of the fence that was damaged located at the rear of the house has been fixed. The private property violation was corrected, and this complaint will be closed in SCF.
