We requested another trash bin and were denied today. I want to point out that this is two bins in our alley. They are full. Several tenants near 24th only have one bin. There was another but it was removed. I want to point out there is no more room in these bins for trash. But a source for rats. As the tenants put the trash on the ground. We often have to move the trash away from the bins so the collection will pick them up.
