The trees on the Right of way are the responsibility of the abutting property owner per city ordinance.
At times the city will remove a tree if it meets certain criteria. The pine trees in question are on the city Right of Way and MIGHT qualify for city removal. We have a left a door hanger at the property to inform the property owner that we will have the trees evaluated further to see if the city will remove.

Someone came out and removed 2/3 of the dead pine tree (3 trunks growing from the same spot). The trunk closest to the road was the only one not removed. Is there a reason for this or are they still in the middle of the job?
