Amy evening of week you aporoach this light and end up waiting 3 to 4 minutes... unacceptable at 8pm at night... can we adjust these light say after 7pm? In my perfect world which EVERYONE would agree... this 4 way intersection would be 30 sec lights tops... there's only a few cars at any giving light so let's fix 1 light staying green so cars coming from all the way down by DHHS hitting the 2 min green light while cars on preble wait si long that they get to the light way before the car even leavs DHHS area and they still hit the green light... so what I'm trying to say is I wait so long at the red light the cars driving on Marginal Way aren't even on Marginal yet and they still hit the green light. so easy fix... rapid lights... so so easy... 20 sec rapid... just don't know why we can't do the obvious. it's 7, 8, 9pm... rapid or BLINKING
