The city recently redid all 4 curbs on the intersection of Astor Place and Crescent Not sure what the reasoning was but they left them worst than it was before They pour asphalt around the corners without pitching them towards the storm drains The photo is from the light rain we had on Dec 1st there was about 2 foot width of water backing up Not to mention they ruin the faux brick crosswalks

Once the concrete plants are open this spring, this will be fixed.
No discussion of a bump out at this intersection was discussed, the contractor was only required to bring the ramps up to ADA compliance. While it may look to the human eye as ADA compliant, requirements are very strict and precision instruments used by a professional.

Oh yes, definitely, but now this makes me want to re-open this so we can look at/provide the image when the repair is getting done.
