Description

Business in back at 4132 has an under ground oil collection system going on 10plus years old and has never been emptied, services or checked. Tires stored in the ground around the building which has vehicles not only in unworking and unsightly condition but leaking fluids as well. Building much like house has massive rodent infestation. Not even sure legally open. The roof has a hole you can see water damage and signs of mold from inside.
