You would only call the non-emergency number after hours when we have no inspectors working (for either construction Code or Engineering). f the police go out and find violations, they let us know. Reporting it here is extremely helpful. Thank you!

Since this is a JCMUA (Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority) project, I will assign it to them so you will receive accurate and timely information.

Since there are two projects going on in this block, could you please describe the type of work being done? The JCMUA is replacing lateral water lines into the homes along that block, the other is an extension of the homestead walk way to Cottage street, Are you able to discern which project it is so I can route this to the correct agency?

We will send an inspector there tomorrow at 6 to verify the accusations.
