Lane sensors don't work, so waiting traffic never gets green light. On Northbound Riverside Drive at Tom Hill Senior Blvd. Waiting to turn left on to Tom Hill Senior. Two lane left turn. Waited though many red light cycles. Other drivers get frustrated and turn left on red or get out of left turn lane. Have experienced this several times. This is a busy intersection. Near McDonald's restaurant. The light never turns green for those waiting to turn left. I believe this area was repaved recently. I was in a small car, so maybe its too light weight to trigger the sensor.
