  Code Inspector M. Gonzalez received a See Click Fix complaint #15562700 on 11/03/2023 for a private property complaint located at 1807 Ripple Creek Dr. Inspector Gonzalez arrived at the property and observed two trash receptacles stored on the left side of the property grass that is more the nine inches on also two vehicles with expired stickers that is stored in driveway that can be viewed from the street in violation of Section: 9.14(a)(1), 30-33(a)(1), 30-163(a) of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Courtesy Notice of Violation was posted at the front door.

  A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 11/16/2023 at 1807 Ripple Creek Dr regarding a private property violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed grass has been mowed, and the unregistered vehicles remained in public view trashcans that are on the left side of the property still remained. therefore, a certified letter will be sent to the property owners.

  A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 3/07/2024 at 1807 Ripple Creek Dr. regarding a private property violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez no progress was made both vehicles remain unregister and trashcan is still in public view a citation will be issued.
