Description

2642 76th Ave sidewalk median completely overgrown with weeds and growing into sidewalk obstructing pedestrian right of way and are a tripping hazard, litter trash and debris in sidewalk median and street gutter, trash bins left in public view daily and reserving on street public parking, personal items stored in front yard. Property has been in this condition for many years. Fire hazard, vector for rats insects and disease, unmaintained landscaping, detracts from neighborhood aesthetics, lowers property values.
