Mine and my neighbor's water meter is covered in pooling water It started a couple days ago Water started pooling and formed a small stream along the sidewalk It is getting worse with more water now flowing down the sidewalk It eventually flows down my driveway apron to the gutter What is happening here? Are we being charged for all this wasted water?
