Description
The giant rubber tree facing what will be the new 2nd District Court of Appeals on Mirror Lake has been neglected for years, and the branches are now growing into the lake. The entire East side of the lake is forsaken, uninviting and unworthy of what is the Downtown Historic Mirror Lake neighborhood. Can we please some resources to alleviate this issue?
