Thank you for using this application to report an issue to the City of Albany. This sidewalk will be inspected by DGS staff and if deemed necessary, a repair or replacement will be scheduled. Tripping hazards will be repaired as soon as possible. Non-emergency sidewalk repairs or replacements may take considerably more time as they are based on the availability of materials and manpower and subject to weather.

This request is almost two months old and the weather is less than desirable for repairs. What is the turnaround time? Has the location been inspected?

I called your office about a week ago and I was told Mike was on vacation but would go by the location and he would be back from vacation as of 1/8/24. Please provide an update. I will try calling DGS again tomorrow.
