Good afternoon! While gardening this morning, I discovered water lines that I believe belong to my neighbor. They are on the extra lot side of my house which I'm in the process of subdividing and selling. These pipes must be terminated. The neighbor who's lines are on property is Carrie Jelaso and her property address is 3228 11th St. N. St Petersburg, FL 33704. Please have her terminate the water lines.
