I saw this today under the 91 bridge on front street. Also the electrical boxes in the park have graffiti on them.

LCI definitely appreciates your vigilance on the issues that affect your neighborhood. Grafitti is an issue that has plagued all the neighborhoods in our city. We almost can not win when it comes to graffiti. We have consistently painted over graffiti only to provide a fresh new canvas for more graffiti.
Moreover, all graffiti is not necessarily gang-related otherwise, the New Haven Police Department's Detective's Office would make us aware of it. In the meantime, LCI will continue to paint over as many surfaces as our resources allow.
