Not sure what's going on with this property 1151 60th Avenue North pink house..10:00 am 10/7/23 there is heavy machinery in the backyard digging up with a pipe pole dredging something into the ground. As of 10:00 a.m. there still is no City work truck or private work truck visible Concerned about surrounding houses that could be affected whether it be water pipes Etc ground
