I reported over a year ago. It has still not been resolved, but Noah Boyer closed the report. There is still a tree with living ivy and one with dead ivy vines. CLEAN THIS UP.
"The former Billingsley property at 146 Norris, now owned by the city, has two very large oak trees at the back of the property by the chain-link fence separating the lot from the Dec. Sq. Condos. On the back side of the trees, facing the condos, the English Ivy is taking over both trees. It's up to (at least) the second story of the condos. It's going to kill those old trees."
