Description

Owner of home blows leaves weekly into road from backyard and greenbelt onto road and then completely onto Marble Ave. This creates risk for cyclists when turning onto Hayward and rain runoff brings leaves downhill and exacerbates flooding issues when Marble terminates on Pine Street. This is a public safety issue and risk to proper draining of runoff.
