inoperable crashed up vehicle is in violation of Code Sec 62-205 tenant across street states owner is aware of this vehicle and it's lubricant leakages parked in abandoned overgrown lot which violates Sec 62-203 this vehicle is adjacent to one of the best maintained home in this community where property values are historically over 2K if daunting is at issue for the wonderful persons in Code Enforcement then have Clayton County Police to come and assist you or we the community will have to take this issue to Commissioner Jeff Turner office who is on this Watchlist tenant has plenty of room to park this vehicle across the street where he dwells. This clearly impedes the Quality of Life we the Homeowners Property Tax Payers look to Clayton County authority to enforce
