Tenant at 10832 Mallard Dr Jonesboro Ga 30238 is not exercising good judgement parking inoperable vehicles on grass of vacant lot while under Code Enforcement Abatement team CE23-8845 without permission from property owner and the possible oil or gas leakage on the grass which can cause serious harm to our community

Code Enforcement was out here today. The Officer spoke with tenant who parks his vehicles across the street in the vacant lot the Officer spoke for a lengthy time all we can hope for is "the vehicle be moved back where tenant dwells and no more parking on the Overgrown lot". Because poor judgement has placed our community in unnecessary harm that also includes our property values and quality of Life expectations

The owner cannot give permission to illegally park on the "Grass" of an abandoned overgrown lot according to Code Enforcement sec. 62-203 and inoperable vehicles sec. 62-205 if your position is the owner says he can park there putting our adjacent homes at jeopardy please state here so our public Officials can view your findings parking a vehicle that is leaking lubricant on the grass is a violation and cannot be justified by an owner unless owner makes property safe to park on by cutting the overgrown grass and weeds see CE23-8845

Thank you Officer CJordan tenant across the street has not yet complied to move his inoperable wrecked vehicle where he dwells today I picked up the garbage that has littered this vacant and disposed of a crate full of cups, bottles etc encouraged by this wrecked that has sat here for months
