Description
2018 I reported standing water due to deep gradient between property and road. Repair crews were sent and the foreman assured me that the new gradient would solve the issue of standing water and subsequent algae. The crews basically replaced the concrete with the same gradient not fixing the standing water issue. It creates a slippery hazard with standing algae in the same manner previously. This picture is from today 9/21/23. I would appreciate this issue I've been dealing with for 6 years fixed please. My request from last year was never resolved the Issue was closed today with zero fix in place.
