Hello, 6 weeks ago I was in a traffic accident at this intersection. I have been driving for 28 years in big cities like NYC. When I approached this intersection I did not see the oncoming lights, which are set low and turned at an angle. I drive a van and sit high. I was paying attention yet did not see to stop and caused an accident for the first time in my life.
