Description
The number of mini-sideshows (people peeling out & spinning donuts with their cars) has steadily increased over the past few weeks for almost EVERY intersection up & down 23rd avenue.
They even sometimes come down E 21st street with this nonsense (as can be seen by the excess of burned rubber up & down the road)
About a week and a half ago, they even decided to do it at the intersection of 23rd ave & E 21st street, RIGHT IN FRONT OF A BUS (the 14 line), endangering the passengers on the bus as well as the driver
SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS
They are a nuisance and a hazard
PLEASE increase the police patrols in this area & arrest these jerks
