Description

24th Street, between Telegraph Avenue and Northgate Avenue, has been in an extreme state of disrepair for the 9 years that I have lived at the 200-unit Northgate Terrace Senior Retirement Complex, located at 550 24th Street. The photo I have attached is just a snippet of the entire street, which has already led to injuries of disabled seniors in wheelchairs and using walkers as well as drivers and passengers in vehicles traveling this street. This is the worst street in Oakland that I have ever traveled on, and repair of this street is long overdue.
