Description
The tree stump that was left over from a tree falling in a storm is unsightly and a dangerous situation. It is starting to grow more trees shoot offs which are starting to go over the sidewalk and causing a problem for people to walk on the sidewalk. I know that the home owner has asked and asked and asked for someone to come and finish taking down this tree stump, and she is being ignored.
